Cedar Ridge Apartments

Moved in a couple months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. Location is great. Neighborhood is quiet. Neighboring neighborhoods are great to walk through. Landlord has been quick to respond to any emails. Online portal has allowed us to pay rent early as well with very minimal fees. For the price, its definitely worth it.

Slum apartments. They updated the apartment against my will and proceeded to spray sawdust all over the place even after I followed their exact preventative measures. Do not expect you security deposit back from these vultures. These people repeatedly failed to do proper maintenance when asked and rarely exist in posted hours(which change on a whim & arent properly posted). I also suspect they sprayed the bug spray on my furniture causing hives. If you decide to live here, record everything youll need it in the potential lawsuit.

A roof, for sure, but it was so full of mold that I coughed up bright red blood the last 6 months I lived there... and they wouldn't fix the appliances or leaks. For 5 years I tried. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Great place to live if you want to die a slow death by mold poisoning or slowly lose your mind from the constant "work" they have to do instead of replacing the broken appliances

this is the worst complex ive ever lived in. theres approximately 1/3 parking available for the amount of apartments are here, and if they dont like where you park they WILL towe your car with no warning. nobody picks up their dog feces, and the manager could care less. only had the exterminator come 4 times during the whole year we were there, countless centipedes, spiders, moths, etc due to the woods being in your back yard and not having regular extermination. someone reported that we had another tenant living in our apartment not on the lease, when it was family visiting for the week. when we told management, they didnt care because they had already printed out the notice so apparently your neighbors can tell her anything and shell take it and run with no proof. not to mention the countless miscommunication, and even lies, about anything. I had 2 roommates while living here, and every time we had to speak with management, we would get told 3 different things, completely opposing the other. not to mention the office manager was never there during the day, even though the office was open until 4pm, so it was already hard to reach them. unrightfully evicted,(never got a formal notice) she then tells us we still had to continue paying rent for our apartment until she got it rented out again. promised it wouldnt go on our credit as long as we kept paying her, yet at the end of our payments it still went on our credit.
