I lived here for more than two years and I loved this place. It was an affordable, safe, and friendly apartment complex. Compared with some other neighborhoods, you can definitely call it home. The leasing office was super efficient with every one of my requests, and the maintenance team usually fixed a problem within several hours. I moved out of Knoxville now, however, I would go back to visit the neighborhood one day!

Seeing the reviews for this place, they are all a bit out dated. As a current resident, the ground are always clean, the office staff helpful and patient, and the maintenance are always really on it, doing what they can to help. 10/10

I've been here 4 months and it's been a really good experience. I still can't believe how much space I got for under $1000/month in West Knoxville that is also close to the Interstate and Downtown. The setting for the complex is very nice with lots of green space and mature trees and there is no shortage of parking. Everyone at the office is courteous and maintenance is quick to come out whenever I've had an issue. The only thing I dont love is the fitness center hours being limited to whenever the office is open.
