Did Dana close up shop?? I have been going to him since he was beside of Dairy Queen and I really look forward to our conversations. I keep trying to call and get no answer

The phone message, once the virus shut down started, was they would file our taxes if we would email the information. I scanned lots of pages and emailed them on April 15th. I have asked by email and phone messages several times If they would confirm they received my work. Totally unresponsive. I even banged on the door yesterday when the lock smith next door said the car out front was the sons who works there. He told me they wouldnt answer and they didnt. Very disappointed after being a customer for five years. Even if they are facing difficult, a quick message is not asking too much.

My husband and I were referred to him by a family member. We were happy to try him out because the cost was cheaper then HR Block. I should have known better. He messed up our taxes by failing to add one of our 2 children. This made our returns short and our stimulus checks short. I've been calling and emailing for weeks with NO RETURN CONTACT. HE also was not professional in the sense that he talked poorly about his other clients IN DETAIL. I will not be returning to him nor recommending his services. Its completely unacceptable.

Do not trust this bum with your documents. He lost everything my mother had she died. Birth certificate and and social security cards included.
