The workers were nice and helpful. My tax preparer was extremely helpful. She seemed to be a very carrying person.
But H&H block sold my info, and I immediately started getting unsolicited emails, text, and calls. Some were definitely scams telling me I've been locked out of my accounts and needed to follow a link in the text to fix it. This how these crooks get our info and potentially steal billions from poor American seniors every year. Shame on you hrblock.

Ms Ruiz was personable, professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She was able to finish my return in a timely manner. She explained the process of the tax filing clearly. I would definitely recommend her and H&R block.

Can not even begin to tell of the bad service I received from Nora. She clearly does not know what she is doing and does not listen to her customers. She needs to be more professional with her customers. Satisfaction guaranteedI am beyond disappointed. Stand behind what you advertise!

I have had excellent experience with Nora Halberg at H&R Block in Jonesborough, TN. Nora is not only extremely professional with a degree in finance but is also very user friendly. I really enjoy my time with her.

My H&R tax professional, Janis, was very knowledgeable, comscientious , and had a heart for helping people. She has excellent interpersonal communication skills. She got an excellent refund for me, which I needed! I could not have asked for a nlbwtter tax, filing experience. Thank-you Janis amd H&R Block!!!! See you next year!!
