Unfortunately would not recommend. The people up front were nice enough but as soon as I went back I was rushed through everything. Dr Spangler rushed incredibly fast through my prescription and barely spoke to me. I tried to tell him it was really blurry but he didnt listen and just kept rushing through. He didnt ask how the end prescription looked which I have never had happen. I was worried but trusted the process because of the good reviews. Unfortunately when I went to pick up my glasses I could tell immediately that they werent correct. The young man that was there to help with fitting said it was because my current glasses looked really old (they arent, they are only a year old) and that I need to really give these a try in a very demeaning tone. I tried to explain that they felt very wrong to me (I have gotten new glasses numerous times and know what its like to adjust to a new prescription this prescription was just wrong) but the tech kept shutting me down so I just gave up and took them. I ended up having to return them. Im sure they would have rechecked the prescription for me (im sure they will even offer in a comment!) but after those two experiences there back to back I didnt want to get talked down to and rushed yet again. I would recommend going elsewhere.

The staff were very easy to work with to schedule appointments around my availability. Upon arriving they took personal interest in my needs from the time I walked through the door till the time I left. It reminds me how much I miss great customer service. Well done visionworks

Dr. Gordon was amazing! He really genuinely cares about his patients. I dont have insurance and he worked with me very well. I had to have a couple of follow up visits and he made sure my eyes were all healed up before sending me out with contacts/glasses that couldve caused more harm to my vision. Most places would want to run you dry and get you in and out with no care. He made sure everything was in tip top shape and got my vision issues resolved! I walked out today being able to see 20/20 with my contacts. I will always return as long as hes there!

I am very pleased with my experience. Joshua was very friendly, professional and helpful. He answered my many questions and was extremely patient in helping me pick out glasses.
I have never liked picking out glasses but Joshua made it a good experience.
