Eye doctor drastically changed my prescription (which has been close to the same for over a decade). The eye exam took all of 3 minutes with no conversation or explanation. I didn't notice until I walked out just how much he had changed it. When I went back in to question the change being so significant the optometrist said "that's what it is" and wouldn't come out to talk to me. After receiving a second opinion at the Kingsport location he was indeed mistaken and gave me a bad prescription.
0 stars for professionalism and know how. I'd advise going elsewhere.

I wish I could say it was a good experience, there were some wonderful people who worked there. However, the first prescription I received was TOTALLY wrong - and it felt like the associate wasn't necessarily surprised that happened. Then, after it was corrected, they messed up my insurance billing which meant I had to spend an entire afternoon working between the insurance company and store associates to try to get things figured out.

My experience was 5 star. I had made an appointment and was seen quickly. Dr. Gordon did a thorough exam. Jason helped me pick out glasses that looked good on me, he explained what the doctor recommended for me and why. He also explained what my insurance covered and let me make my own choices. The whole experience was enjoyable.

I had a piece of dirt and an eyelash under my eyelid on 2 different occasions and both times I was in and out within an hour. My last visit on 11-19-22 Dr. Michael A. Gordon saw me and Im thankful he could take care of my situation in the office.

My appointment was at 4pm right now its 5:40pm and we are still waiting for the eye doctor to come in the room
Very slow unorganized place
