Food & drinks: I decided to come eat breakfast and I as a pregnant woman found MOLD in my not opened cream cheese. Definitely not worth it

This hotel is very clean. Location was great for our trip. Breakfast is good. Nothing bad to say here. Will definitely stay again.

Currently staying in the hotel. Picked it because I wanted my kids to have something fun to do after a long drive - I thought they would enjoy the indoor pool. Unfortunately the pool was too cold to even swim in, hotel worker told me he wasnt sure if the pool heater was working they were waiting for a part maybe?? I asked to speak to a manager never heard anything. I asked what the current temp of the pool was the worker had no idea apparently the gauge had been misplaced.my five year old was shivering within two mins of jumping in, we wanted to stay in another hotel but they did not have an indoor pool so we specifically chose this one thinking the kids could swim - my mistake. Additionally, I could hear everything from my neighbors room with two loud sound machines playing white noise in my room. Including loud bumps and bangs as well as a dog constantly barking. In no way is this hotel full but for some reason they stuck the ten people staying here room to room. Once again I asked to speak to a manager and found no manager on site.
