My stay was pleasant but the issues came after I left. In the rush of getting ready for the airport, I ended up leaving my apple watch in the room. I noticed shortly after I left that it was missing so I immediately gave the hotel a call and the front desk manager was able to retrieve it. I was told that I would have to pay shipping to get it back, which I was fully accepting of and the manager said he would take it to UPS within the week to get it shipped out. I was patient and waited about a week before calling back over. The manager explained that there had been a storm and that he'd take care of it within the week. The week came and went yet again without any progress. Fast forward to week 3 and another manager had said she had just taken it to the UPS store and that they would give me a call to get a credit card number. This also never happened so I called the store myself. A manager picked up and said that they had indeed shipped it out on the hotels dime. I waited and no watch ever showed up after 2 weeks of waiting so I called yet again, to which the hotel manager verified that the watch hadn't been shipped out. Long story short, I did finally end up getting the watch back which I appreciate but I sincerely did not appreciate all the lies and teeth pulling to get back what was rightfully mine. I don't think its too much to require honesty and integrity.
