Do yourself a favor and DO NOT visit Sam's Club Optical. We ordered my wife a pair of glasses, and after a month they finally arrived. We had requested tint because of an eye disorder she has. When we picked them up were told the lab didn't have the ability to tint them. (Even though, every time we called to check on them, they were working on the tint). They were also so bowed out on the edges they didn't fit her face. The employee there had to work on that portion. It has been one disappointment after another. LESSON LEARNED.....never go back.

My first experience with the optical department was great. I got two pairs of glasses and could see better with them than I could see with any I had ever gotten in my whole life. One pair was too tight and I took it back a couple of times to see if they could make it looser and the lady there said that I should just turn them in and get some other ones. That has been a nightmare. It took a month for them to come back and I kept going in and going in and there was never anyone there. When there was finally someone there she told me they were fine and that I could see but I cant see. I cant read with them because the Bifocal is not big enough. Ive been told several different things by the two ladies that I have talked to when they are actually there. I went in again yesterday and the lady told me that no there was nothing wrong with the shape of the glasses that would make me not able to see out of them like the other lady had told me. She also said that the bifocal part was not big enough. She said she couldnt do anything because its been too long even though she admitted that I cant see out of them. Its been too long because it took a month for the glasses to come in and then nobody was there and nobody would help me when they were there. Dont go here. The people who were good are gone. I tried to get the manager to call me back yesterday and so far I have not heard anything. I am going to throw the glasses away. I cant see out of them and they are useless.
