This credit union is holding my title hostage. I moved to Florida and have been trying to switch my registration since APRIL. We sent a letter to ECU explaining exactly what was needed and theyre doing nothing. They sent inadequate documentation in June which the dmv let them know what was needed. My registration is now expired and I cant do anything about it because ECU cant figure out how to send my title to the DMV. I call them every 2 weeks and somebody new answers the phone and has no idea whats going on and basically says they dont know what to do. If a manager sees please to god figure out how to get my title transferred so I can actually drive my car that I pay for

The rep with the last name Huff changed our business online banking after we specifically told her not to. Then lied to our face saying it was an update. When it happened seconds after walking away from her counter. It caused us to lose online access for days and has completely inconvenienced us as we cannot simply transfer between our accounts now. Im so disgusted by her blatant lies and unprofessional demeanor that we are searching for other banks for our business and personal accounts now. We will go into another Eastman to close down because we do not trust this location to do anything, not even close an account.
