        Customer service is just awful! I was told they were too busy to talk to me wanting to close my CD. I get youre busy but maybe try taking a callback number and calling me back! This really makes me want to pull my money out of this bank and move it somewhere else!!!!

        Ive had a lot of issues with the corporate portion of Truist bank but Jonathan, at this location, was very helpful and friendly while trying to resolve the issue.
