The new group of employees are a complete and utter joke. Not to mention they've withheld 2 of my preorder bonuses in the last year, even though I was one of the first to preorder and one of the first in line. Very childish. Tonight I was told that the doors would be open at 10PM for the MW3 launch and it was complete nonsense. This location is an embarrassment to the GameStop name and even though I'll still be renewing my Pro Membership after 7 years of being a loyal patron, I'll never step foot in this particular store again. These people should hang their head in shame. Pure ridiculousness.

I don't game lol but I take my nephew here a lot and we've never had a bad experience, the staff is very helpful and the only negative I would say is they need more staff because a lot of the time there is only one employee working and on a weekend and I bet than could be overwhelming!
