Clarion Hotel Jackson Northwest

Our first room they gave us had someone in it when we walked in. So we got another room.. They have roaches! I put my food in the microwave for later and when I went to get it a BUG was crawling back up the vents on the inside of the microwave! Dead roaches on the counter! 0/10 recommend Rooms: Stained carpet. Cigarette smell. No smoking. Roaches. Food & drinks: Breakfast is only waffles and cereal. Or fruit

This place sucks its really nasty floors are greasy carpets are filthy customer service is horrible the air conditioning doesnt work and the breakfast is off brand cereal and old waffle batter would not recommend staying here

Stayed in 3 hotels in Jackson in the last 3 months... I'll never use another one... Been here 3 weeks not seen one bug! Excellent cleaning.. Weekly rate if you come in or call won't get it online!

This hotel needs a lot of renovations. It is not kept up. The floors in the bedroom were dirty, as were the walls in the bathroom. The hotel smelt like cigarettes and the room had a stronger smell of cigarettes. The room just felt dirty and didnt look clean. I would not recommend this hotel to stay at, and my family will never return.
