Worse place. I was moving to Trenton Tennessee and made reservations and asked about service animals. I have stayed at many of these hotels without problems with my animal, but this one lied, said my service animal was not approved by the department of services of animals. Excuse me, what? Not only did I call and verify as I've never stayed at thus one before, but they told me over the phone there wouldn't be a problem as long as it was serviced. When I got to the hotel late at night they denied me right away. I said my husband can stay in the car with the animal and it would just be me and my children. As I practicing attorney and after traveling 28 hours to be able to sign for my new home the next morning I've never be so disrespected. Said they would cancel my reservation and not be charged. They discriminated as by law they cannot question a service animal, their website says service animals allowed, the woman at thr front desk was racists May be I was African American it would have been ok, discriminated from me and my children to not be able to stay, discriminated my service animal which I travel with to three other states without problem at these hotels. Broke too many laws, charged me without my consent, even said she would cancel my reservation which I'm dealing with my bank, and completely violated my rights. Lawsuits will be filed and investigating will happen. Even told the woman at the front desk I was an attorney and she was breaking laws, didn't care. As I said, racists, discrimination, denied my service animal, and broke laws of codes. Do not stay here.
