Aspen Dental - Jackson, TN

My son is 11 years old. I spent 30-45 minutes on the phone giving them all of the information and making an appointment because my son has a very infected tooth. They asked how old he was and said that they could see patients 10 and up. After going through the whole process and making an appointment I received an email asking me to call. I had to talk to another middle person and give all my information so I could be forwarded to the Jackson office just for them to say we cant see your son because he is under 13. I was told all this AFTER spending forever on the phone! The pediatric dentist wont see him because he is 11 and they wont see him until he is 13, this is ridiculous and they were a HUGE waste of time.

Ok. The doctor and technicians were very good and professional. But the movie that was on was totally inappropriate and I felt uncomfortable as the technicians were doing scans. The extraction of my tooth went well. It is now Friday and the procedure was Monday and after many phone calls and that I was told that my antibiotics were called in to my pharmacy, I still have not gotten them. After care was unprofessional. I was hung up on and told it was my fault. They should have called my pharmacy directly on Tuesday to confirm but no ..so I can not recommend them.

I went and got my wisdom teeth pulled and they were great! They made sure I was okay and not in any type of pain. They played my favorite type of music the whole time I was in the back. I would 100% recommend anyone to go here, very very sweet people.
