The staff was very helpful friendly and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there. they explained everything they were doing in a way I could understand overall it was a good experience.

The processs, online & coming into the store was a great experience. 1. Making an appointment with them was an absolute breeze and they really do send a bunch of confirmation texts & reminders to make sure you dont miss your appointment! 2. The waiting wasnt all that bad. I guess I came on a slower time (like right when it opened at 9A) and the staff made sure to help me through any questions I had because I was a first time customer. 3. Meeting with the doctor was great, easy, and simple. Super straight forward, as it should be. 4. Picking out my frames were my favorite part and, once again, the staff made sure to help me with any or all questions I had in relations to the types of lenses and what insurance covers, all that jazz. 5. I literally only had to wait 5-6 days for my new glasses to come in and they fit perfectly! Ill definitely be back when I need new lenses/glasses!

Last time I went here 2023, I got my eye glasses, asked for help adjusting them. Was encountered with a negative attitude they moved one of the nose pieces and said here you go, looked at me like a thorn when i asked if they could do a certain adjustment. Was the worst service I've received here. Currently looking for elsewhere to go

The staff was very friendly and helpful while going through the thorough exam process. Very knowledgeable and outstanding when it comes to your eye health. Visionworks of Hixson is a great place to go!!! Thanks guys!!!
