        Candace has been great when we first became a customer 6 years ago. She was very knowledgeable and very patient with my daughter who damaged her glasses many times.

        1- phones weren't working2- staffed personnel can't make appointments, only optometrist 3- optometrist doesn't return calls to schedule appointments 4- optometrist doesn't return calls to customers that visit in store and leave messages with staffed personnel. Bad experience.
