Appears to be recently renovated. Nice breakfast area, with real eggs! The room was clean and comfortable. Barn doors for the bathroom... certainly leaves little to the imagination as to what's going on there.

We really enjoyed our stay. But they should really clean the shower heads. ours was adjustable but it was so full of black moldy looking stuff it wouldn't turn.

The walls are thin so we did hear neighbors and people in the hallway, but nothing out of the ordinary for this type of hotel. The room was showing some wear, stains on the carpet and visible handprints on the desk chair, but it was decent for the price. Breakfast was good and check in/check out very easy.

We just finished our third stay at this hotel and will be back. The hotel grounds are clean and in excellent working order, and the rooms are very clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The only issue I have with the rooms is that they need to be well-lit, very dark and dim lighting, and upgrades are needed. My major complaint is the lack of breakfast foods, and I would like to have breakfast meat with each meal. This past Sunday morning they had scrambled eggs and city ham, no biscuits, no gravy, and no potatoes. The Saturday morning breakfast had eggs, biscuit and gravy, but no meat or potatoes. I have stayed 62 nights in Hilton Branded Hotels this year, 2023. I have not experienced a lack of breakfast at any other hotel than the Hampton Inn Chattanooga/Hixson, but I will be back!! The hotel has Great staff and a good location; I recommend eating at Mike's Tavern across from the hotel, if you like breakfast there is an IHOP close to the hotel. Rooms: Very dark and lights are lacking for the dark dcor. Nearby activities: Its a 20 minute drive to Rock City and 15 minutes to the downtown market. Safety: Very safe area Food & drinks: The hotel breakfast lacks, very limited on food choices. The local Mike's Tavern is good and is just across the road.
