La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga North - Hixson

We are diamond members and have stayed in many hotels. This was A GREAT stay. Front desk friendly, helpful. Super clean from front to our room. Rooms were amazing. The decor of this place had my loving it. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you all for an amazing stay. If we are ever back in this area we will be back. Rooms: Beautiful

Do not stay here if you have kids that will be kids. Unless you keep your kids mouths taped and keep them tied down feel free to stay. When I brought this up to management they were rude and accused my kids of being loud and disrespectful. Which they were not. During the day they were kids. Played with their toys on the floor and that was complaint. The room I stayed in was filthy and dirty linens. Beware of bugs. The pool was a good plus that the kids obviously being kids enjoyed. But the pool lining is black and can see it needs a good scrub. It is not presentable. The elevator makes this loud noise that it is scary. Maintenance definitely needed. We didn't want to get stuck so we took the stairs after the first encounter. I would have liked for this to be a different experience since it was a family trip. We ended up checking out before our checkout date due to the fact that we felt badly mistreated.
