I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS CLINIC... ONLINE SAID APPT AT 1PM THE GIRL AT THE DESK TOLD ME TO BE THERE AT 2PM ... THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, MY INSURANCE ONLY COVERS THIS PLACE, I WILL BE GETTING OTHER INSURANCE.... GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.... MT JULIET IS WAY BETTER, NICER AND THE STAFF ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL.

Refused to see me so I went home took a Covid test and showed positive within 3 minutes. Im a high risk Covid patient as 1 I have asthma and 2 I vape. They were rude and snarky. The girl at the desk with the dark hair is always rude and constantly sits on a high horse like shes better than patients. Ive never cared to learn her name as Ive given her the amount of respect she has given me but she really needs to be fired. I also had this appointment set since like 5:00 am so I drove 20 minutes at 4:00pm for them to then tell me they couldnt see me. 1) Rude 2)Unprofessional 3) could care less about your health DO NOT GO HERE!!! The only good people there are doctors, the guy and the sweetest middle eastern lady . Everyone else is snarky rude and unprofessional.

Very unprofessional, let me wait for almost an hour for a vaccine shot without communicating why it was taking so long.
