Comprehensive on-line videos explaining selecting the right chair and seeing the showroom on-line encouraged us to do the 4-hour drive to check out their showroom. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Relaxed buying atmosphere. Everything went so smooth from selection and ordering to delivery. We also purchased several other helpful products we saw in their store. The Golden Tech lift chair we selected has been extremely comfortable and easy to use.

They have a wonderful showroom, it's clean and they are very nice. Before you visit, if you need help paying for their supplies with any kind of medical insurance, they don't accept it. It would be great if they indicated that on their website, either in the FAQ or About Us section.

As others have stated, All Star Medical and Home Accessibility out of Hermitage, TN, is the go-to organization that has your back! My uncle had a stroke and multiple TIAs (mini-strokes). Getting him up out of his bed for transport was very difficult to say the least. Im fairly strong, but it took 1-2 more people go get him in and out of bed. Additionally, because of phlegm caused by treatments for cancer in his throat, he had recurring difficulty with breathing and swallowing, especially while in bed. Enter All Star. During my initial call, I was struck by how professional and efficient the customer service rep was. We ordered a twin size hospital bed which was delivered on time and set up without issue. The bed recommended by All Star was exactly what we needed. The ability to raise my uncles upper body via the bed put him into a position that allowed him to breathe more easily. It also greatly aided in our efforts to get him up from and back into bed. All Star rocks! A special shout out goes to Kevin, who helped us through this situation.
