These people are a JOKE ! I just ended FOUR weeks of trying to schedule a PRE-APPROVED infusion because these people are so disorganized it has become laughable. They wanted a blood test 3 weeks ago, seemed unable to ask my doctor for it, I called, got the test done on a weekend, and faxed it instantly that Monday per their telephone instructions, then called five days later only to be told they are still trying to "reach" the doctor to get a copy of the blood test.... THE ONE I HAD SENT but "oh, yes found it now, yes, has been here five days. Will get this approved and call you back" to schedule. No call. TEN DAYS later I had to call them, they say they called my doctor, but my doctor never heard from them. And somebody told whoever promised to call me to NOT call me, the patient with whom they needed to schedule. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO POKE NEEDLES INTO MY ARM AND INJECT ANYTHING INTO MY BODY ??? Heck, from what I have seen from them it could easily be the WRONG DRUG ! My SINCERE advice, don't DARE trust your health to these people, RUN, RUN somewhere else... ANYWHERE else !!! .
