I work valet downtown one of your drivers blatantly ignored me after calling his name over 10 times standing directly next to him. I told him repeatedly he couldnt park in our lane and he completely disregarded me. I wouldnt do business with this place if thats how their employees want to act. He was an older man he should definitely know how to act like an adult and respond when someone is talking to him. He was in a van with the plate (10491).

DO NOT BRING ANYTHING YOU NEED DRY CLEANED HERE. THE PEOPLE HERE ARE INCOMPETENT AND THEY WILL LOSE YOUR BELONGINGS. If I could give this place no stars, I would. My boyfriend brought my mattress pad to this place in a black garbage bag and when it came time to pick it up, he couldnt find it. So I called the next day and the guy told me some man came in there and said it was his because it was in a black garbage bag. He told me it was too big to clean and that he had no reason to believe it wasnt his. He also said in 37 years this has never happened. After reading the reviews, that clearly isnt true. I then asked him how this was going to be fixed seeing that my mattress pad was $100. He told me he would make it up in dry cleaning. I told him I didnt feel comfortable leaving any more of my belongings with him. I did trust him, but he literally just gave away the only item I gave him to dry clean. I explained to him I work hard for my money and I dont want to lose anymore of it; therefore, I am not going to leave anything else with him. He told me he would not reimburse me the full $100, because it wasnt brand new. I then asked him where I could buy a used mattress pad since that was the value of it to him. He said he didnt know. I told him I didnt know either and now Im still having to pay money for his mistake. He said $75 is all he would pay and that he has no complaints from any other customers. I proceeded to tell him he has 3.7 stars, which indicates that there are many complaints. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOU DRY CLEANING ITEMS HERE. The likely hood of you getting it back is slim. There is no verification process when customers come to pick up their belongings. He doesnt check the ticket, ID or anything. I honestly dont even know why he gives customers tickets if hes not going to check it. If you value and work hard for the things you need dry cleaned, go anywhere else but here. There are other dry cleaning businesses in the area that show more professionalism than this place. Service: Comforter cleaning
