Sunglass Hut

I asked for a pair of sunglasses to be reserved for one day and i was assured that it would be and that the running promotion would still apply when i return. when I returned to the store the very next day to buy them they werent reserved and they told me that the deal is no longer going on.

Super friendly and helpful associates at this location! Wonderfully seamless experience with order pickup! Unfortunately my trusty pair of ray bans finally perished due to the regular roughhousing by me and inside of my purse. I very quickly learned that Id rather starve than live without them for much longer. So I went back to the source, sunglass hut, fingers crossed my pair would be available for pickup nearby, Pickup today at Indian hills!!! Boom. I call the store to be double sure they have my particular style and the employee I spoke with was so friendly and helpful! They confirmed they had them and that it would be ready for pickup sooner than promised by the website. Order placed, received by store (which Im sure takes severallll min), fulfilled and ready for pickup within 27 minutes. Idc where you shop or what for, thats fast! I arrive at store to pickup and encounter another incredibly friendly and helpful employee! Despite the store being relatively busy, they welcomed me immediately and then juggled my order, answering SEVERAL future-broken-sunglasses questions from me (lol) and helping the other customer. The customer service here is flawless and is highly appreciated by this repeat customer! Location is NOT BAD either. Super close to the highway exit, in a great shopping center! THE END!
