The Payne Agency: Allstate Insurance

I ask for my insurance cards mailed to me twice a year for my 3 vehicles never happens, I have to make 2 to 3 calls and wait weeks. Ive had Allstate all my life for Auto and Home maybe I should call the Lizard or the Lady Flo, or the Company who told me Jake was a white guy in khaki pants than said hes a Black Guy without Khaki Pants or move my business to another office. In the past I received my policy in the mail with my Proof of insurance cards it was a simpler time the twenty teens my mistake with the coldness we were treated with 4 years ago! Nothing changes if nothing changes

Being an agent in the past I have high expectations with customer service and Joyce at the Payne Agency gave me immediate attention. I didn't feel like I was just a voice on the other end of the phone but she reached out with a personal touch. This is why we are switching from one company to this local Allstate branch. Thanks to everyone for making us feel better and listening. When struggling through a loss, it helps to know we are not alone in tough times.

Ive been with the Payne Agency for about 2 years now and have yet to be disappointed. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Courtney helped me with my auto and renters insurance and was able to answer all of my questions and educate me about how my insurance protects me. I cannot recommend the Payne agency enough.
