Shrum insurance is hands down the best agency I've ever worked with. I've had both my home owner's and car insurance through them for several years. Travis Shrum is the most knowledgeable on every aspect of what customers need, goes above and beyond to explain things thoroughly, all while also being super friendly. His staff also exhibits top notch customer service. Very highly recommended!

I don't understand insurance at all medical, car, business insurance, home, or equipment insurance. I have a smart phone ,but not the smartest man out there. Most listed aboveTravis takes care of for me.he takes great care of me , explaining every part of it so I understand each time I come in to his office.
Great people , that know how to save us all a few dollars. This day and time it's hard to find good honest people to help me. I would refer shrum insurance to everyone that has a need. He can help you! I hope this gets to someone that needs this kind of services. Thanks for taking time to read my thoughts
