        Went to the KFC in Harriman today. Arrived to the location around between 1:30 and 2:00pm. Found a sign on door that said drive thru only. Went to drove thru waited no one answered fir a few minutes. After yelling hello into the speaker an employee finally answered. They stated they were working all alone, needed to take a break and could we wait 10 minutes for service. I said no and left. Very dissappointed. So needless to say we will never be back. Will give our business to someone who really wants it. Really sad because we were really looking forward to some KFC chicken today. Will pass this experience on to all my family and friends.

        Chicken sandwich was cold. When I went back ( drive thru only) the man working there ( manager I guess ) was super rude and hateful and call me a liar. When I mentioned that it was at unsafe temperature to be served he said it has been in the warmer so it was not hot but warm. The lady working there was nice. When I asked him who the franchise was he said he did not know and did not care. I had to ask him for a copy of the credit. Never again will I ever eat there.
