For the most part my experience was fine going through the drive-thru. There was a couple of things that they were out of that I wanted but I understand how that is these days the employee at the window was nice she was talkative and sound like she enjoyed her job

I ordered $17 worth of food and they forgot almost half of it. Do not order the $10 big chicken box they will forgot everything except the sandwich. It also took longer than other places. The food wasnt that bad though

went through the drive thru today and received only half of my order. shouldve checked the bag before driving off. got the $10 box and only got the sandwich and they forgot the cookie in the breast fill up box. good customer service but did not get all of my $17 worth of food

It was HORRIBLE. They had a bunch of teenagers working with no supervisor..or I do hope one would not let 6 people stand around while your lobby is disgusting n only 2 people dining .Shame on you Colonel Sanders!!! Oh N the food was OKAY

Absolutely terrible I know the service has drastically declined in all restaurants in Springhill but gosh ! I knew when my wife said kfc because my son wanted we were doomed for dinner that night! Where to start everything except the fries which they made me wait 15 minutes for was old and cold even the flipping drinks had no ice and were flat . And I asked at the drive thru window twice to the same girl hot sauce please nope mo hot sauce no napkins no forks . So I call to speak to the manager after several failed attempts some kid answers hello and Im like let me speak to a manager he says she in da back counting inventory and stuff like that and Im like so she cant talk to a customer he said sorry sir no being a manager for a tire dealership thats horrible customer service from start to finish KFC is a dying fast food chain has been since the early 2000s. Never again will I go there because every single time I pay good money for mixed matched old food thrown together .
