EDIT: did you even actually try to bring an item back that you purchased? Or do you just leave negative reviews based on a businesses policy they have in place instead of actually having a negative experience to leave a negative review over? When you come inside the store front the exchange/return policy is well stated multiple places.. a negative review isn’t going to “warn” anyone of a policy better than the actual store who has the policy into place. Hey, we are so sorry you are disappointed in our “ridiculous” exchange policy. In our policy that we actually have posted through the store on the walls it states no refunds and that is why we have it labeled as a EXCHANGE POLICY and not a RETURN OR REFUND policy, we also have a rather large sign on both registers at checkout stating “store credit for exchange. NO REFUNDS”, and also printed “no refunds” with our policy on the price tags of almost every single items in the store.. and then of course our policy is also on the receipt (but given the multiple displays of our exchange policy the policy should be well seen before ever getting to the receipt portion of the transaction). But after reviewing some of your other reviews that you have left people it seems that you love to leave negative reviews.. we wish you the best and hope you have a great afternoon!

We are so sorry you are disappointed. Any accessories purchased are final sale just for sanitary purposes. We follow our policy strictly. This is Ashley & I wished you would of reached out to my mom or I before posting anything besides a 5 star review especially over a hair accessory. We always try to make things right or try to come up with a solution to issues.
