Roger Denton HVAC

This company came out to check my unit because it wasnt keeping up cooling the house. The technician came out spent a few minutes checking temps and said everything was working fine and basically said its hot and the unit is older. A week and a half later our a/c went out. This time I had a different company come out to look at it and now im going to have to replace my unit. The technician that came out looked at everything and said there was no way whoever looked at it before checked any of the pressures or refrigerant because the refrigerant was completely out. Anyway a little annoyed I was charge a service fee for someone to come out and not do a thorough check of the unit before saying everything was fine.

Another company told me I needed a new HVAC unit. Roger Denton got my existing unit fixed for $200. Highly recommend.

We began using Roger Denton company and all was well initially; integrity, fair pricing and knowledgeable technicians. Something has gone wrong; initially they would not schedule us for the usual fall service appointment; after contacting owner we were told it would be a 1-2 months before they could schedule a tech to prepare us for winter needs. That was in October; it is now December and no call from Roger Denton Company. Things seemed to change over night; we were committed to them for years and now the customer care has disappeared. Roger Denton Heating & Cooling is amazing! From the initial call with Lacy, to same day maintenance with skilled technicians, the Brookses are happy and cozy at 72 degrees today.
