Staff was very helpful. Manager went above and beyond and we enjoyed the convience and service. Some of the common areas are in need of repairs like hallway carpet and room carpeting. But, for the money, hotel worked out great. Thank you to you, and your staff.

Rooms: Rooms nice and clean. Had small refrigerator and microwave. Quiet. Slept well. Nice breakfast included.

We booked this hotel coming and going on our spring break trip. When we arrived a couple hours early I called and asked if it was possible for early check in. The young lady at the desk said it would probably be close to 1 before we could. So we ran some errands and grabbed lunch, no problem. When we returned this was not the case. She then told us it wasn't possible to get us in a room before 3. So I asked if we could just sit around the pool until closer to then and she said "um, no, you have to have a key so you would have to be checked in" I thought it would have been easier than have my kids sit in the car for two more hours. When my husband and I went in at 2;54 I head her and another girl bantering about the rooms being cleaned yet. There were already people in line for 3 pm check in. So when we finally did get to the desk she couldn't understand why she couldn't assign us a room and then happened to look down at list that the other girl had made where we were already assigned one. So I assume that room was ready early. Very frustrating. On our way back the young lady (purple on her hair) made our stay much more enjoyable. Check in was a breeze. So we appreciate that.
