The room is dirty. Full of bed bugs and fleas. The smell of smoking from the surrounding rooms caused the smoke alarm to go off in the middle of the night. Very bad experience. Room was not clean and out of date. Sheets had foreign objects, towels had black marks on them. Hole on edge of tub where foot towel and rag were waiting. Hair of all sorts all in shower. Unfinished repairs on walls and not painted. Mirror and counter around sink had substance splattered and stuck. Towel holder had dirt in it. Non smoking room had cigarette burns on furniture and bed cover. Only positives were price, location, and room was ice cold on arrival. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Rooms: This place is a dump!

No fridge no handicap ramp 2 by the office nowhere else so my husband had to ask for help getting my into the sudewalk

We came back through while traveling, so this was our second stay in a little over a week. Clean room, great staff at check-in and check-out. The key card needed to hover over the door "just right" so if we just try to swipe it, it will seem to not work- but a guy came by & showed us. (Unsure if he worked there- but it was helpful to learn.) The pool looked inviting, but we were arriving late & leaving early so we didn't go in. There is no charge for dogs, and that is majorly appreciated. Next time we head up North, we'll be coming by this place to sleep. There is a Starbucks within walking distance and both gas & fast food across the street. It's right by the highway (but was a quiet night in the room) so convenience was top notch for location here. Rooms: Clean, nice, everything worked, pet friendly, tv, soap & clean towels. Beds were clean and comfortable, two pillows per bed and they smelled clean, too. Shower had plenty of hot water. We could not hear any neighbors or outside noises, got a restful sleep. All outlets worked (we have stayed in low budget places, so the good stuff I mention may seem standard to you, but they aren't to be taken for granted everywhere!) Everything was in great repair and pleasant. Nearby activities: There was a huge display of brochures & fliers for activities and things to do in the area. I am confident there's something for everyone that would be of interest to vacationers. We were just passing through, but I'd totally stay there if I had a vacation in mind. Safety: Had a very safe vibe to it- there was no activity around late at night, no indication of any issues. We had tools and things in the back of our truck and felt secure parking under the parking lot lights. Nothing was touched. Felt very safe from the start to finish. Walkability: Lots of grass to walk the dogs, the concrete walkways were flat, smooth and wheelchair accessible. Very walkable, plenty of room to pass someone walking to the laundry room or to get a soda. Plenty of space around the pool. Starbucks within walking distance and plenty of space to walk without worry about cars or people interfering. Safe, well lit. Food & drinks: Starbucks & food nearby. Welcoming coffeepot in lobby was operational upon check-in & out. Noteworthy details: This was our second stay & will be our go-to place as we travel this route several times a year.
