        Very unreliable and unprofessional company. They just stopped sending caregivers and never bothered to tell me why. The caregivers that did come never cleaned the bathroom in one and a half years. All they did was watch movies on their phones or talk on it. So all of this put an extra load on me.

        My experience with Home Instead in Goodlettsville has been great! Carla was able to arrange for overnight care within days of our inital meeting. They have been extremely helpful navigating issues with our long term care insurance and accomodating changes in our schedule as we adjust to our new normal for my elderly mother after her stroke. Gok is the most loving, attentive caregiver! My mother adores him! It is such a relief knowing she is happy and well cared for when I am not with her.
