If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Absolutely unorganized company. Does not reply to emails nor care about employees! I did not feel comfortable in a certain area they tried to put me in (tried to take advantage of me, being a new employee) and I explained to HR my issue being new to the Clarksville area and I received absolutely no remorse. I'm sorry that I'm worth more, and I'm not dumb enough to be put in an area your other caregivers wont work. Also, HR received a call during orientation and another caregiver explained how she was quitting on the job. That should have been my first initiation to not work with this company. Also, the there's no 1 on 1 training. You read a 200 page booklet they give you if you need help with anything. A joke. I'm sure they're not even going to pay me for orientation although I drove over a hour, showed up and participated in every aspect needed just for them to be inconsiderate and not reply to my emails. I'm glad it did not work out here, because now I have a better job where I am treated great and get paid way more then what they were trying to give here. A joke. I'm still waiting on your reply to my email by the way. I want my orientation check. I did not drive over a hour for nothing!
