Baskins Creek Condos in Gatlinburg by Vacasa

Great location to be within a few minute walk, from all that downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. Very close to the Sugarland visitor center. I highly recommend taking the 5 minute walk, along the creek to get donuts at the village.

We have been more than satisfied since the moment we made the reservation. Lots of text nessage updates, especially as we got closer to the date. Location is almost perfect. It's super close to downtown without the craziness. Park on site the walk to town. The condo was really clean, and the layout is really nice and efficient. The balcony is nice, as is the jacuzzi in the master bath.

Baskins Creek looked exactly like the photos!!! Communication was great with the Airbnb owners, place was extremely clean, smelled fresh, and very spacious!!! There was more than enough room for my family of three. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! Very close walk to the Gatlinburg strip. This is now my go to place to stay in Gatlinburg!

The Baskins Creek Condos location is great and the apartment was big and comfortable. We, a family of 5, booked 4 nights and arrived at the apartment after 8 pm. We hoped to relax after the long drive with a hot shower, but there was no hot water. We tried to contact the service company Vacasa but with no success, It was so disappointing. Because we planned a full week trip in the national park we didn't have the time to deal with it, and I never thought the hot water was a luxury, I thought it was the most basic one. On our 3rd day, I contacted Vacasa and begged them to come and fix it, so finally we would have water, they promised to help but we got back from a very long day, we had only cold water in the shower, I called again. And again they promised to call back in a few minutes with a solution, but no one called back. So me and my kids had to take a cold shower again. It is so embarrassing to pay so much money and find yourself at the end suffering so much. We will certainly not recommend it to anyone.
