Hampton Inn Gallatin

Our family found ourselves in a very unfortunate situation and needed somewhere safe and clean to lay our kids heads down at night for week or longer. I walked into the Hampton Inn at 8:30PM and they took us in. They made sure my two little guys felt cared for and comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond at times for them and me as well offering hot water for tea when they could see in my face I was lost in the situation. THANK YOU! Safety: Being a family with two littles I never felt uncomfortable! Always felt safe at night !

From start to finish, everything went well. Danie checked us in and was very friendly. Jocelyn helped us get a late checkout in the morning and was also very friendly. Even the maintenance person (sorry, I did not catch his name) that I met in the elevator was very friendly. The room was good, clean, and comfortable.

Excellent staff running a safe clean hotel near pretty much anything and everything you could think of. Pet friendly and disability friendly. Had a lovely stay on a 8 night/8 day road trip from Central Mississippi to Long Island New York. (Because disabled and pets)...15/10 would recommend! Rooms: Clean quiet rooms with accessibility features Nearby activities: All the food, drink, shopping, convenience stores you could possibly require in a lifetime. Safety: Very safe, very monitored area Food & drinks: Excellent options within short distance and GrubHub, seamless, door dash are all quick and easy choices Noteworthy details: Excellent, courteous, professional staff and very nice lobby and little store next to the front desk.
