Gallatin Flower & Gift Shoppe

I ordered an arrangement for my aunt the day after Valentine's Day. For starters the girl that took my order was slightly rude when I placed the order a r as if it was an inconvenience to her. Secondly I was told the arrangement was delivered. 3 weeks later my aunt hasn't received it still and I can't seem to get a refund or for anyone to answer the phone when I call.

I called to have an arrangement sent and talked to Heather. She was very abrupt on the phone and seemed annoyed with any questions that I had. I told her that Id like an arrangement that included a gift. We decided on a lantern. She asked me if I wanted the flowers inside the lantern. I said no, that Id like them around the lantern. She said she would put the lantern on a dish and arrange the flowers around it. You can see in the picture that I got exactly what I told her not to do.

I ordered an arrangement that totaled over $200. I specifically asked for all purple - or as much purple as possible, as this was for a 50th wedding anniversary. I also indicated that I would like the arrangement in something that looked "antique" like - not, just a glass vase. The attendant was wonderful and took down careful details. When the flowers were delivered, the arrangement was all PINK, and vased in a plain glass vase. I emailed Gallatin Flower and Gift asking why, if for some reason they didn't have purple or enough purple, no one called to indicate that, and ask for a different preference. I've heard nothing from them. I'm highly disappointed in follow through and in customer service. This was a very very important event and if changes needed to happen, communication should have happened to insure the order went well. I would not recomment this florist for anything of significant value.
