Rachael Brown, owner, made a mistake in an order placed for me by my daughter. My daughter felt terrible that the flowers she ordered for my birthday did not get delivered. She talked to the owner and I must say Ms. Brown went so far beyond what was expected to make this right for my daughter and me. We truly appreciate the lengths she went to and we will certainly continue to use her florist for future orders. We both thank you for all you did. I had a last minute rush for some flowers. They managed to do a 24hr turnaround time. The two arrangements are beautiful and their customer service was top notch, I would highly recommend and have found my go to florist. Thank you guys so much.
