        In and out in 30 minutes and kept his word on replacing parts before I bought. Tax credit was applied at time of sale just as advertised

        I called to inquire about a 2010 Prius on the lot and had questions about the three collisions on carfax. That and other questions about the replacement engine seemed to irritate Chip, and he made it clear that I was stupid for asking the questions. I was ready to purchase the car with cash as long as everything checked out, but his condescending attitude turned me off from the beginning. There's no doubt Chip has a lot of knowledge, but his arrogance has at least cost him one sell.

        We bought our first EV (Chevy Bolt) with Chip yesterday and would recommend family and friends to shop there first. The process was easy and transparent. Pricing was very reasonable on the car and our trade-in.
