I wanted to start out by saying we were referred to Chris and Kelly from one of our family members who had used them in the past. We had thought about selling for years but did not think we could get a price satisfactory enough to allow us to move closer to family. After meeting with Chris we felt comfortable with moving forward and putting our house on the market. Chris went above and beyond to make sure our property would show its best with amazing pictures and drone footage. After viewing the photos and video, it almost made me not want to sell. Upon putting our house on the market we had an offer and came to an agreement with the buyer on the first day. Chris and Kelly went to work to help us find a property in Murfreesboro, TN that would meet our budget. After a couple of outings, we found the perfect property and had an accepted offer to purchase that property. To our surprise, Chris was able to coordinate the property we were purchasing to close at the same time as we closed on the house we were selling. We had never heard of such. Chris and Kelly made it so convenient for us in this transaction. We can't thank them enough. We love our new home and being close to our family.
