Davy is the BEST! Ive had the pleasure of working with Davy on several real estate deals. He is very knowledgeable, a skilled negotiator, super organized and detail oriented. Davy is a man of integrity who genuinely cares about his clients. He has contacts for all your needs during the buying and selling process from home repair contacts to a great loan officer and title company. Davy was very supportive on our almost three year journey to find our home. Its been challenging, COVID-19 changed the market entirely, prices went up- Davy was there when we needed him, had good advices, overall we felt we were not alone during this so difficult time. We ended by building a house, which was harder than expected. We think Davy gave his absolute best to support us, calm, knowledgeable, diplomatic, customer-oriented, easily accesible. Davy helped us buy our first home, so there was no question he would be who helped us sell that same home just three years later. To say he is one of the most kind hearted people we have ever met would be selling him short. He showed up with a leaf blower the day of house pictures. He texted weekly market updates. He was constantly checking in and making sure we understood the process at every step. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, he offered to drive the hour to our home at 9pm to get us a key. We have always felt that Davy is beyond trustworthy and really leaned on his expertise to help make informed decisions as first time home sellers. Now we live in a new state and my husband and I say, almost daily, how much we miss Davy.
