We were in the market for a cottage/townhome so we worked with Melody. She was great! We were moving from out of state, and couldn't make inspections in person. Melody took care of everything. Rickie and Melody were truly amazing. My husband and I have been trying to purchase a home for years, but our paths never crossed with the right team. Rickie put us in touch with Acopia homes and they all worked collectively to make our dreams come true! I can't thank Rickie and Melody enough for working so hard for us, meeting us to see the homes on our list, giving us great insight and knowledge as first time home buyers, looking at things from a personal perspective on their end (pointing out major issues with the house being viewed and issues that may not pass inspection), and last but not least, working with the seller's agent to make sure things found by our inspector were fixed by the seller before closing. We had such an amazing home buying experience. We were under contract for 1 month and 1 day. If we ever sell and buy again, we will conduct all our business through Rickie and Melody, along with the amazing team at Acopia! We're finally home. :)
