I would like to share a very positive experience purchasing a home with Shelly Broward.
I recently moved to the area from the northwest and was completely unfamiliar with the area. Before I even arrived, Shelly took an interest in finding a house in a town that would be a fit for me. Shelley not only did a thorough search but coordinated every inspection and attending them if I could not. Given my situation it was just what I needed and in excess of that which most people in her profession are willing to perform. Shelly took the lead in getting an earnest money check back after I pulled out of a transaction and the title company and listing broker were dragging their feet. Shelly even gave me a ride into Nashville to pick up a vehicle. I realize I can be a frustrating buyer but she took everything in stride and made the process as painless for me as possible regardless of what she had to do. She truly went above and beyond. Not your every day realtor. In fact, a far superior one.

Shellys name first came to us when my husband and I were considering relocating to the Nashville area from the Midwest. Shellys professionalism, approachability, and genuine concern were evident as we stayed in touch several months while renting. By the time we were ready to purchase she knew our personalities and lifestyle needs enough to make appropriate recommendations that maximized our time. When she walked us through the front door of our new home it resonated with each of us and had just the right feel. She was accessible, knowledgeable, and proactive through every aspect of the purchase. From inspection to financing she resourced us with reliable professionals and was an integral part of finding the right home.
When the time came to relocate, there was no question who Id call. Do you think you could sell my house? "Of course, I can sell that house for you! And of course, she did! The remarkable thing about Shelly is the WAY she sold that house, advising and advocating throughout. From listing and accepting offers to closing, it was clear she was acting proactively in my best interest and she communicated with me closely at every juncture of the sale. She went above and beyond in several ways, and even arranged upcoming travel in a way that ensured shed be present at closing. I can confidently attest to Shellys professional acumen and personal warmth and offer this review with deep appreciation.

I am sitting in the living room of our new house right now because of Shelly! I know that she was key in our offer being accepted (out of over 15 competing offers!). We were living out of state and she was so quick to go to a new property we were interested in to give us a video tour of the home and property. She LISTENED to us and what we wanted and gave solid advice along the way. It's a very tough market right now and I wouldn't have wanted to deal with any other agent, especially long distance. She was thorough and quick to answer our texts. Not is she only a great agent but I now consider her a friend, as well. We can't recommend her enough!

This was our first time working with Shelly Broward, and she was wonderful. She was responsive and worked so hard for us. When we had any problems arise she would got to bat for us and make everything work. She was exactly what we needed. I would recommend her to anyone. I was very pleased with her work ethic and how professional and kind she was. We had a great home buying experience because of her.
