If you are considering a real estate purchase, I can't recommend Beth Torrence Shearon enough. My wife and I shopped for a realtor and turned down several before meeting Beth. She is a consummate professional with vast experience and knowledge. She knows what to do and how to do it in order to get you top dollar and the right property for you. Beth found us our dream home in Nashville and wrote an offer with terms that beat out 14 other competing offers, including 4 cash offers. In her words "it's not always about the cash, it's also about the terms." We had her sell our townhouse as well, where she garnered so much interest that we had to go to market 2 days early. We sold in 2 days for $8K over asking with multiple offers. Her "Roledex" of contacts in the property space are immense, from HVAC to the right carpet cleaner to call.
