Prestige Portraits

Absolutely awful!! Not only did they take pictures of my daughter that look like she is being booked into jail that have the audacity to then ask for $100s of dollars for said photos smh I called there excuse for this is not time to look at the digital images to make sure they were taken good quality pictures!! Then whats the point the school could have had the photos taken but the photography club Im sure the results would have been better!!

Costumer service is horrible my head was cut off in half my pictures and supervisor is very rude. The pictures are overly priced and the work is not good

Worst customer service I have ever worked with. They don't take phone calls, web chat can't help you, they do not answer messages sent to them. Only reason I can believe they are in business is that they have cornered the school market. Horrible company to work with.

It is a shame this is who Williamson County Schools requires for senior pictures. One month after pictures in a studio with horrible options and lighting, still zero communications on proofs and there is no local contact information to reach out to. Called the 800# and was never given a live human. Automated system said it would text me a link to use live chat and hung up on me. Text me the link and live chat is in India. After going through a VERY lengthy and repetitive live chat process, I am given the access details to the proofs that were never emailed to me. I view the proofs and they are terrible. The lighting is horrible and the backgrounds look like Kmart quality. I will now have to find a local photographer. Wasted money and time...two things I am low on with senior twins!
