If I could give this person less than 1 star, I would. We walked in early for our appointment. Terri said, " can I help you?" in a really nasty way. I smiled and said, "we have a 10:30 appointment". She said, "is everyone here, dressed and ready?" We needed a minute to make sure we were good. She asked if we wanted Christmas or neutral and I asked for neutral. Then, the only background that I had been hoping for was on the Christmsd set. She couldn't use it because the Christmas carpet was down. Mind you, this is after Christmas and the carpet was just a big rug. I asked if we could roll up the rug and use the neutral background. She said fine and rolled and kicked the rug while telling me that she was the one to get in trouble for it. What? Then she said, "it's not like we're going to be here long, anyways." I have no idea what that means. I opted to leave without a single picture taken as she was nasty the whole time. Such a waste of time and effort on my part. She sure knows how to clear her schedule that she was also complaining about. She said she had people every 30 minutes today and she was the only one there. We were the ONLY people in there the whole time.
