      image I wish there were an option for 0 stars, they deserve it. Every time I call I have to sit on hold for 5 minutes or more before I have the displeasure of speaking to their incompetent staff. It took me a month of calling nearly daily to get a surgery scheduler to call me back, I was in tears in multiple messages that I left. The support staff is a joke, more interested in texting on their phones and watching ESPN on the monitors in empty rooms (even when I was in one) than helping patients. What a joke! --
