We happened upon Franklin Ortho by way of a 2nd opinion. That visit saved our son from having an invasive surgery. We have had many opportunities to see and be treated by everyone at Franklin Orthopaedics. Personal care and our best interest are at the forefront of every situation, every time.

Was here about 10 years ago and had a great experience; so efficient and professional that they really inspire confidence, and so kind and attentive that they inspire calmness and peace in your situation.
So I just returned today with some pain in my knees and saw Dr. Hendrix. Same thing all over again. Confident during our consult that I am his only patient and he has all day set aside for me. He listened intently and explained completely.
If you ever need an Ortho, I would highly recommend this place. Top notch!

I am not happy with the support from your billing process. I have tried 3 attempts to pay the bill (from the first month of my visit) which was never accepted and at last pushed me to the tougher spot, ending with penalties. I have all the transaction history but no one is ready to hear that.

I cannot imagine where I'd be of it we're not for the expertise of Franklin Orthopedic.  Once you hit your 40s it seems you start encountering more health issues. For many years now I've had unique sports and training related problems. I've been there for a wide range of issues like bursitis, inflamed tendons, and even early stages of arthritis. I've even had to do their PRP therapy once - and it was super effective to relieve severe pain in my heel area. We've also taken our son there for torn ligaments related to sports injury. Our experience there has been 100% positive every single time. What I love most is that they have had roots in Franklin a long time. They really are a bedrock foe our family when we need them.

We saw Chris Hendrix and he was so thorough and answered every question we had and really listened to understand what her competition level/timing were about. I have never left feeling as well understood and understanding the plan forward from a orthopaedic office. Thank you!
