Chuck Simpson is a true gem! When starting our home search in middle TN from out of state, we happened upon Chucks website, and then pretty much called him out of the blue. It was immediately and abundantly clear that he was very knowledgeable about the TN real estate market. He was also super nice and so we took a chance on working with him; we ended up feeling like we won the lottery! On our first trip to TN he drove around with us about 800+ miles to look at properties, and never gave us the impression he minded doing so. Hes genuinely interested in helping you first and foremost and its clear he enjoys what he does for a living, which likely contributes to why hes so good at it. He was always prompt in responding to our various questions via email and provided helpful information along the way. His ability to professionally deal with the sellers agent on the home we purchased was really important, particularly since we were out of state. We are grateful for all of his time, patience, and insight as he guided us through the entire buying process. Chuck has helped make our forever home a reality and we are forever grateful for that. I have known Chuck Simpson for sometime now as a friend and professional.
He is a conscientious man with wonderful values and morals like the ones my parents instilled in me growing up as a child.
The man has great motivational skill sets and the determination to giving his clients only the best. I commend his direction and commitment whether it be at home working on projects or accommodating a client.
Chuck and I recently got together to discuss the future of my home if I choose to relocate or if met my demise. Yes I am reaching that pinnacle in life and I trust Chuck with meeting my present and future needs. I am a planner as well and it is nice to know I have someone that has my back.
