        Planning appt is easy and once there the check in process is quick. They also communicate service details while youre waiting as text message which is huge time saver. One thing that could be improved is the notation on your acct that you had a e-coupon for the service. They send out a lot of discount offers and they should be able to connect when you book with the coupon so its on file. I had to find it in my email. That discount is what drove me to the dealer - dont make me search for it or forget it and charge me full price.
